A useful first conversation does not require perfect data or a finished brief—only a material workflow and a reason to improve it.

Do we need process-mining software before working with you?+

No. We first determine whether process mining is appropriate and whether the necessary event data exists. Where it is not suitable, we use interviews, workshops, document reviews, observation and targeted data analysis to build a reliable current-state view.

Do you always recommend automation or AI?+

No. Technology is one possible part of a solution. Simplifying the workflow, clarifying responsibilities or improving employee capability can sometimes generate greater value with less risk.
